The Silvermont Mansion is a 33-room Colonial Revival mansion located on an eight acre county park in downtown Brevard. It includes a woodland garden, tennis courts, basketball courts and a playground. The mansion was built in 1917.

The two-and-a-half-story mansion has rooms that are two deep with paneled wainscot with handsome millwork. The front entrance opens into a center hall with a wide, open-string staircase. The mansion also has a conservatory and a grand parlor.

The Woodlawn Garden has many native plants and the Learning Garden has vegetables, fruit bushes and pollinator plants grown in season, plus a Rain Garden that manages storm water on the property.

The second floor museum shows the era and lifestyle of the original Silvermont family. The second floor museum is open on Fridays from 2:00p - 4:00p during the months of March to October.
